Weak delete: I feel that the article is not entirely a dictionary definition and that there is room for encyclopedic expansion, particularly in the "building codes" section. However, the article in its current state is not well sourced or especially useful. Upon search, subject doesn't seem to be notable as far as reliable, secondary sources. Not to mention, a lot of the sources currently mentioned in the article about the subject are either primary, or seem to be promotional/unreliable sources.
